Cannabis Business Permit Application Information

 _{San Benito County will begin accepting Pre-Applications on June 15, 2022}

One (1) electronic copy of all required materials must be submitted to cannabis@cosb.us and one (1) original copy of all required materials must be submitted in one package together with the fee at the Resource Management Agency located at 2301 Technology Parkway.

Background & Credit Check Instructions

1. Background and credit check will be completed through San Benito County's Office of the Sheriff. Email or call the Main Office at 831-636-4080 for further instructions and fee requirement.

Payment must be made by certified check, cashier’s check, or money order made payable to “San Benito County.”
