Board Rules and Procedures 

The public is invited to address the Board of Supervisors during the Public Comment portion of the Board Meetings on any item not listed on the agenda. Public Comment for items that are listed on the agenda is heard when each item is individually discussion. Please fill out the Speaker Card and hand it to the Clerk of the Board at the front of the Board Chambers. Be sure to save the form to your computer’s desktop before printing.

The Honorable Francisco Diaz is the San Benito County Clerk-Recorder who also serves as the Registrar of Voters. His office is responsible for handling all elections in San Benito County.
