ACCELA Citizen Portal Instructions

How to Apply for a Permit Online:

  1. Click on the application tab
  2. Complete the selected application and save it to your computer
  3. Click on the link of type of project to get handouts for what you want to do
    1. Make sure to enter the required information on the plans and save them to your computer
    2. Scan any hard copies and save them to your computer file
  4. Send an email to angutierrez@cosb.us or RHabing@cosb.us with the application and plans attached. (You may have to call for a Dropbox link)
  5. Call main line (831) 637-5313 to pay for the permit fees by credit card Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 11:30am & 1:00 – 4:00 pm (unavailable from 12:00 – 1:00 pm)
  6. If you have any questions, please contact the building staff
