Once you access the map, locate your neighborhood/address and click inside the shaded area.  The contact information for the Deputy assigned to your address will display.

Contact your Deputy for any neighborhood problems, ongoing issues, or disputes that need attention.  Some examples are: ongoing graffiti, ongoing criminal activity, dumping, traffic concerns, addresses that are habitual problems, etc.

DO NOT use your RA Deputy for acute problems such as crimes or incidents in progress.  You still need to use dispatch for those incidents.  Dispatch can be reached at 831-636-4100 or 831 471-1100.
