Enforcement Bureau personnel are the first to respond to emergencies within the county. Patrol Deputies handle the enforcement of criminal and vehicle code regulations and investigate misdemeanors and felony crimes. Patrol Deputies are also responsible for the enforcement of some of the County Code ordinances, including parking.

Paid Security Services:

The San Benito County Sheriff's Office provides Special Law Enforcement Services for public and private events held in San Benito County.  The hourly rate is $65.00 per Deputy, per hour.  All requests must be submitted 21 days prior to event date.  To request services, fill out the Law Enforcement Services form.

 House Watch Program:

The San Benito County Sheriff's Office is offering a House Watch Program for the County residents that are going on vacation or leaving the area for any length of time.  Simply fill out the House Watch Form
